Training/Lessons
  • $650.00 per month starting and finishing horses.
  • $65.00 per hour for lessons.
  • $220.00 package of four lessons.
Board and Other Services

Stalls in Large Barn $575.00 per month, Stall and Paddock - Services provided in monthly charge include horse fed twice a day, stall cleaned daily, water is checked daily, visual check on horse daily. Price includes adequate bedding is supplied on arrival and daily cleaning. Bedding added as needed. If client requires additional bedding additional charges are negotiated. Fly control during fly season. Price includes feeding one owner provided supplement, any extra supplement at $25.00 per extra supplement.


Paddocks $500.00 per month - Services provided in monthly charge include horse fed twice a day, stall cleaned daily, water is checked daily, visual check on horse daily. Price includes daily cleaning. Fly control during fly season. Price includes feeding one owner provided supplement, any extra supplements at $25.00 per extra supplement.


Pasture $390.00 per month - Services provided in monthly charge include horse fed twice a day, water checked daily, and visual check on horse daily.


Extra charges for Additional Services
  1. Trailer parking available $50.00 per month
  2. Extra feeding schedules $75 per month (variable if feed costs increase)
  3. Put blanket on and remove daily $150.00 per month.
  4. Turned out 3 days a week $120.00 per month
  5. Horse groomed and hooves cleaned twice per week $150.00 per month, for a well mannered horse.
  6. Bathing horse one time $65.00 if the horse is well-mannered.
  7. Clipping of horse (including bridle path, whiskers, fetlock area, and coronet band) $75.00, if the horse is well-mannered. Clipping of Bridle path and whiskers only, $35.00 if the horse is well-mannered.
  8. Transportation at $120.00 within 10 mile radius. Beyond this area, an additional $2.00 per mile charge.
  9. Lunging (Longeing) $25.00 per lunge(longe).
  10. Extra bedding - please contact management.
  11. The Stable may increase monthly fees for special diet requirements, increased use of electricity (extra fans and lighting) or unanticipated increases in the price of feed and/or utilities.
  12. Hourly rates of $65.00 per hour apply to grooming, bathing, or clipping of unmannered horses.
